Stillroom Interactive - Privacy Policy

Your evening stays on your device.

Stillroom is designed for mindful, self-contained play. This policy explains how information is handled locally and through essential performance telemetry so that your game runs smoothly.

Our promise

Stillroom Interactive does not collect personal identifying information such as your name, email address, or physical location through Stillroom. The app does not require an account, create personal user profiles, or ask you to identify yourself to play.

Information kept on your device

To make the game work, Stillroom stores game progress, unlocked evenings, attempts, settings, accessibility preferences, notes, saved practice plans, checkpoints, and custom evenings in the app's local storage. This information remains on your device unless you choose to remove the app or reset data from the app's settings.

Analytics and Telemetry

Stillroom uses standard diagnostic and attribution telemetry tools to evaluate app performance, optimize game stability, and understand general campaign engagement. This may include non-identifying technical device identifiers and basic gameplay interaction signals. These metrics are processed purely for app functionality and diagnostic analytics, are not linked to your personal identity, and are not used for cross-app tracking without your consent.

Your choices and data control

You can reset progress, custom content, or all local data through the in-app settings. Removing the app also removes its local data from that installation. If you use an operating-system backup or transfer feature, any handling of the backup is governed by your device provider's settings and policies.

Children

Because Stillroom does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians can use the app's local reset controls to clear the game's stored data on the device.

Changes to this policy

If the app's privacy practices change, this policy will be updated before or when the revised version is released. The effective date in the footer indicates the most recent revision.
